The Trust has collected and published equal opportunities monitoring employment information for many years, in accordance with the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000. This includes:

- the ethnic profile of our staff and comparing it with the ethnic origin of the local population we serve

- recruitment data by ethnic origin, gender and disability (those applying, shortlisted and appointed)

- the staff in post by grade and ethnic origin for the main staff groups

- the number of promotions by ethnic origin

- the number attending corporate training courses by ethnic origin

- the number of leavers

- the numbers cases of disciplinary, capability (performance and sickness) bullying and harassment cases by ethnic origin.
