The Trust wants to improve services and promote equality and cater for the different needs, experiences and concerns of men, women and transgender persons.

Addenbrooke's has published a Gender Equality Scheme which sets out how the Trust will aim to deliver equitable health services to men, women and transgender persons covering the period 2007-2010.
