Nominations

All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, Adrian Wilkins, at Electoral Reform Services Ltd at the address shown below no later than 1200 hrs on the 14 March 2005. You must be a member of the NHS Foundation Trust to stand for election.. Faxed or e-mailed nominations will not be accepted.

The Ballot

The regulations governing this election can be obtained from the NHS Foundation Trust Membership Office, Box 146, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 OQQ.

If candidates do submit a nomination and then decide to withdraw, this must be done in writing, and witnessed, to the Returning Officer no later than 12 noon on 7 April 2005.
