About Board of Governors meetings

The Board of Governors meets three to four times each year. This is a public meeting, and replaces the public part of the Trust Board meetings.

The next meeting of the Board of Governors will take place on Thursday 3 July 2008.

The public (including members) are not invited to speak at the Board of Governors meetings. However, the Governors can be contacted if you have any issues you wish to raise with them via the Foundation Trust office.

There is also an informal session after the meeting where the public can speak to individual Governors over a cup of coffee.

Business Calendar: we aim to share the working list of agenda items for each meeting in advance of the meeting - to help members send comments/questions to their Governors via the Foundation Trust Office (contacts above). This will be replaced by the final agenda in the weeks before the meeting.

Agenda: this should be available about one week before the meeting. Links to papers are possible from the agenda.

Papers: the full papers for the meeting will be published about one week before the meeting from this website as links from the agenda.

Minutes: we shall publish the draft minutes, agreed by the chair, soon after the meeting. The draft minutes can only be signed as a correct record at the next Board of Governors meeting.
