We now have effective monitoring systems for a wide range of performance factors; and are developing a patient safety dashboard to create added emphasis on this important aspect of our service
These new approaches to managing performance together with the use of the Standards for Better Health form the basis of the self-assessment component of the Healthcare Commission’s annual heath check review.
