The Staff Bank provides a high quality services for the Addenbrooke’s Trust.

We have approximately 2000 shifts available a week. We offer our temporary staff a wide variety of work throughout the Trust on a range of clinics and wards from the Emergency Department to the Department of Medicine for the Elderly. We recruit Registered Nurses, HCA’s, Midwifes, Paediatric Nurses, Scrub Nurses, ODP’s, Critical Care, ITU, Oncology and Elderly Care to cover the wide range of vacant shifts throughout the Trust and in external placements.

We regret that we are unable to support those undertaking preceptorship or those who wish to undertake ‘return to work’ placements.

 

The Staff Bank Office provided comprehensive support from recruitment to induction and booking of shifts.

All Staff Bank temporary workers complete a trust induction which covers all of the trusts mandatory training together with a wide variety of other training packages to support and further your career. The Trust Induction for trained Nurses is five days and for HCA’s is seven days.
