Pay & Timesheet Information One of the many benefits of working at Addenbrooke’s Staff Bank is our weekly pay. Our working week runs from Monday to Sunday. Please submit your timesheet to us by Monday 9am in order to be paid by the following Thursday. This may vary around Bank Holidays. Payments are made directly into your bank or building society. It is the temporary staff’s responsibility to ensure that the timesheets are completed in accordance with the detailed guidance notes included in starting packs. The Staff Bank operates in accordance with the Trust’s counter fraud guidelines. Payments may be delayed if employee errors are made. We advise that timesheets are checked by a member of our office to minimise the risk. Please note: We are unable to provide blank timesheets to download as we use carbon duplicating sheets. Please call into the Staff Bank office for blank timesheets.

Holiday pay As a Staff Bank temporary worker, you will start accruing holiday pay as soon as you begin work through the Staff Bank. For every 10 hours worked, approximately 1 hour holiday pay is accrued up to the maximum allowance for the year. This annual leave can be taken on any day that the temporary worker is not working in the Trust.
