On Thursday 21 September, Addenbrooke's will be hosting its Annual General Meeting from 1800-1915 hrs in the Food Court in the hospital concourse, and then in the William Harvey Lecture Theatre in the Clinical School. The meeting is open to all members of the general public.

There will be over 40 displays about current work and new developments and also a look to the future to see what is planned for Addenbrooke’s. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and light refreshments will be available.

From 1915 hrs there will be short presentations reviewing the year by the chairman and chief executive and the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and put forward their views and comments.

People who come along will be able to find out about a whole range of topics, including infection control and how we are working to improve standards, how research at the hospital helps to improve patient care, and how volunteering helps to support services.
