As part of our commitment to our younger patients, we are establishing a Children’s and Young People’s Board
Are you between 8 and 18 years of age? Would you like to help us to make services for children and teenagers at Addenbrooke’s even better? Would you be happy to share your views on what is important to you as a young person? Would you be happy to meet with Addenbrooke’s staff during school holidays to share your ideas?
As part of our commitment to our younger patients, we are establishing a Children’s and Young People’s Board … which will:
Meeting at least six times a year the Board will be a mix of boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18 who are either current or past patients … but you don’t have to be a patient to ‘come on board’. Approval and parent, or carer, support is required and a commitment to attend the meetings. If you are interested in participating, please download and complete the form below or email Fraser Rogers foundation.trust@addenbrookes.nhs.uk
