Your involvement in your care not only helps to make your own stay in hospital better, it helps us to learn and adapt our service for the benefit of everyone. Therefore, we welcome your views, they help us to know when we are getting it right, but it is equally important to know when we are getting it wrong so we can use this information to give all our patients the best care possible.
