Several agencies can be found in the Information Centre

All the services below offer free, independent and confidential information and advice. The agencies are there to help hospital patients, carer, visitor or members of staff.

 

The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) at Addenbrooke's

General, practical advice on any problems you may have with benefits, housing, employment rights, family matters, debt and the rest. Please attend at least 30 minutes before the specified closing times to ensure you will be seen.

Cambridge City Council Housing Advice Service


Advice on getting private-sector housing and help for existing tenants with any problems they may have.

Specialist information and advice service for disabled people and carers, focusing on disabled benefits, community care, leisure, transport and access.
