of Addenbrooke's and our services:

Thanks and suggestions can be sent by e-mail to PALS or post. Because we receive many of these, we might not be able to acknowledge them all personally. Be assured that we value all your comments and suggestions and use them to help us review and plan services.

Many clinics and departments have patient user groups and organise regular patient surveys. Ask clinic staff for details.

Please discuss concerns and complaints with the relevant staff, or with PALS staff. If necessary, they can guide you through our formal complaints process.

NB please DON'T use this to raise concerns (eg complain) about services. We prefer to discuss this with you in person and/or need something formal in writing for further information, click here.
