While you are pregnant, you will experience lots of physical and emotional changes. You will, however, have people to support you through them including your doctor and midwife. Give yourself time to adjust to these changes and find more time for yourself including time for resting and relaxing.
The fact that you are pregnant also changes lots of other people's lives, your partner (or the father), friends, family, employers and workmates. They will probably view you as a changed person, and not everyone will be supportive.
Many women have happy, healthy pregnancies and bring up babies and children very well on their own, but this is much harder than doing it with a partner, and or with friends and family supporting you. Don't be afraid to ask for help for your own sake and for the baby's too. And good luck!
