Meet the TYA volunteers

Hi,

Jonny and Jenny here! We are the volunteers for the Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Service. Basically, we come round the wards once a week for a chat and to get you anything you might need from the concourse. We also have cabinets on D9, C10 and E10 which are filled with DVD players and DVDs, Xboxes, PS2s and Nintendo DS Lites, all with games. They are there for you to use, so if you ever get bored just ask a nurse for the key, or we can show you them when we are around! We also have four patient laptops which can be used on the wireless internet networks on the wards mentioned above. Talk to Debbie if you’d like to borrow one.
