Learning and Development Opportunities

Addenbrooke’s (including the Rosie Hospital) is a major teaching hospital.

We offer a comprehensive training and development programme for all our staff. We are committed to ensuring our staff are able to develop into areas that will support their work within the Unit, and that will enhance their own professional development.

Funding is sought both internally and externally so that we have the best possible use of all resources.

There are career pathways for all members of staff, and these are fully supported by a comprehensive appraisal system.

We are fully involved with the training and education of both student midwives and student doctors, and benefit from our attachment to the University and Homerton Colleges.
