Equipment and facilities The Training Centre moved to purpose-built accommodation, in Newmarket, in January 2005. Lectures are held in a conference room with dual data projection; practical sessions are held in an adjacent dedicated microscopy suite equipped with Olympus BX45 microscopes. A 16-headed microscope is used for demonstration and case discussion during courses. The Training Centre shares accommodation with the The Pauline Cooper Cytology Laboratory.
Continuing Professional development (CPD) Courses are accredited for CME / CPD by relevant governing bodies including the Institute of Biomedical Science, the Royal College of Pathologists and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
